RETURNS INFORMATION

Please read our returns terms and conditions below carefully.

The Underclass does not offer refunds on any items unless deemed faulty. We are happy to provide a credit or exchange on items that have the original tags, are unworn and are in original condition. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items. The Underclass has the right to refuse any item we believe not to be in original condition and your item/s will be sent back to you with no return or exchange issued.

FAULTY ITEMS

All faulty goods are subject to The Underclass’s discretion. If an item is deemed faulty you are eligible to receive to a replacement, store credit or possible refund. 

 

 

REFUNDS

The Underclass will happily provide items we deem as faulty with a refund if a replacement is unavailable and a store credit is not preferred. All faulty items are due to our discretion. Items will only be accepted as faulty if it is returned within a 7 day period with original proof of purchase and all washing instructions have been adhered to.  The Underclass has the right to refuse any item we believe that has been damaged, has been worn or is not deemed faulty. We will replace any item deemed to be faulty with a replacement if that item is still in stock. If you do not wish for a replacement of your item you may choose a refund including original shipping. 

 

 

CHANGE OF MIND/EXCHANGES

 

The Underclass is happy to provide a credit or exchange to change of mind purchases if within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. Postage will be at customers cost.
