The Underclass does not offer refunds on any items unless deemed faulty. We are happy to provide a credit or exchange on items that have the original tags, are unworn and are in original condition. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items. The Underclass has the right to refuse any item we believe not to be in original condition and your item/s will be sent back to you with no return or exchange issued.

The Underclass will happily provide items we deem as faulty with a refund if a replacement is unavailable and a store credit is not preferred. All faulty items are due to our discretion. Items will only be accepted as faulty if it is returned within a 7 day period with original proof of purchase and all washing instructions have been adhered to.  The Underclass has the right to refuse any item we believe that has been damaged, has been worn or is not deemed faulty. We will replace any item deemed to be faulty with a replacement if that item is still in stock. If you do not wish for a replacement of your item you may choose a refund including original shipping. 

All faulty goods are subject to The Underclass’s discretion. If an item is deemed faulty you are eligible to receive to a replacement, store credit or possible refund. 

The Underclass is happy to provide a credit or exchange to change of mind purchases if within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. Postage will be at customers cost.

The Underclass offers free pickup on local orders. For this please select pickup at checkout.

The Underclass offers express and regular shipping on all orders shipping Australia wide via Australia Registered Parcel Post.

All shipping orders come with a tracking number. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will then be issued with your tracking number through email which you may then track via Australia Post.The Underclass is not responsible for any orders after it has been shipped.
